This course introduces practitioners the basic principles of Mindfulness: paying attention to their experience, in the present moment, with purpose and compassion.  Each week a different style of Mindfulness meditation will be introduced. Mindfulness sharpens our acuity and offers new perspectives as we become aware of the influence of our preconceived ideas and interpretations.

This is an experiential learning. You will be invited to bring in current issues of interest in order to personalize your practice.  This is not therapy. This course is designed to invite personal inquiry, a better understanding of emotional and interpersonal dynamics as well as offer skills to develop greater ease as you engage in the world.
